At Shree Rudralaya, we take pride in offering spiritually energized and premium-quality Rudraksha. We understand the importance of trust and satisfaction, which is why we’ve created a fair and transparent returns and exchange policy.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

You provide a full unboxing video clearly showing the issue

You contact us within 7 days of delivery
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Wrong product ordered by the customer

Opened, used, or tampered products
As these are sacred spiritual items, we do not resell returned beads.
Return Process

Email us at shreerudralayacare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

Attach a clear unboxing video showing the issue

Our team will verify and respond within 2–3 working days

If approved, we will provide return instructions

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate an exchange or refund
Shipping Charges for Returns

If the return is due to damage or our error, we will bear the return shipping cost

In all other eligible cases, the customer will bear the return shipping charge
Refunds

Refunds are initiated only after inspection of the returned product

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 business days after approval

If the order was placed using COD, we will request bank details for refund transfer
Exchange Policy

Items returned without a valid reason or without an unboxing video
