Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
    Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product availability, or peak seasons.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999

  • Orders below ₹999 may incur a nominal shipping fee based on your delivery location

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling charge

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
You can track your order via the link provided in the communication.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.
Re-shipping can be arranged upon request, and additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

Currently, Shree Rudralaya only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:
