3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Once you place an order and complete payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.
If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and net banking.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

6. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • A video of the product being unboxed must be provided showing the item was broken or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes a quality check.
